About the design tool Custom by Moi

The designs generated by our website are non-binding and provided for illustrative purposes only.
The final product may differ slightly from the design (including print placement and color rendering).
Such differences may result from your screen settings.
Wear Moi accepts no liability for any variations in color or print placement.

What are the production and delivery times?

The production time is 6 weeks for all Custom by Moi items.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been handed over to the carrier.
Once the order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Custom by Moi items fit the same as other Wear Moi products.
If you have never worn Wear Moi garments, it is recommended to try a product beforehand to confirm your size.

Order cancellation and feedback Custom by Moi ?

Wear Moi does not accept returns for Custom by Moi items, except in the case of a defective product.
Returns due to defects must be made within 30 days of delivery.
No claims will be accepted after this period.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
A refund will be issued to the original payment method once the merchandise has been received.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom by Moi items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned, even if defective.
For any return request, please contact customer service at: orders@wearmoi.com.
Do not return any items without prior approval from customer service.
