Production takes approximately 4 weeks before your order is handed over to the carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking information.

No. Once production has started, your order can no longer be modified or cancelled.

As Custom by Moi items are made to order, they cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is defective.

Claims for defective products must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. No claims or refunds will be accepted after this period.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and must not have been worn or washed.
