1. Return Procedure
Return Request

- The footer, in the “Help” section
- Your My Account area
- Enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase
- Select the item(s) concerned
- Indicate the reason for the return
- Choose your preferred refund solution
- Select the proposed shipping method
- Check the information entered before submitting your request
Approval of Your Request
In most cases, return requests made through our portal are approved automatically.
However, depending on the reason for the return, some situations may require additional review by our customer service team. When manual approval is required, validation may take place within a maximum of 24 business hours.
Important: Wear Moi reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with the conditions set out in this return policy.
Confirmation and Tracking
Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Shipping instructions
- The return address
- A return label, where applicable
You have 8 days to ship your package after your return request has been approved.
Please note: it is essential to wait for this confirmation before shipping anything. Any item returned without prior approval through our portal cannot be processed and may be refused.
2. Return Conditions
Return Period
Returns are accepted within a 30-day period from the delivery date of your order. Any request initiated after this period has expired will automatically be refused by the system and cannot be processed.
Acceptance Criteria for Returned Items
To be eligible for return, items must:
- Be unworn and/or unused
- Be unwashed
- Be in perfect condition
- Be accompanied by their original intact tags
- Be returned in their original packaging
Any item returned incomplete, damaged, stained, showing signs of wear, or with odors may be refused.

- Personalized products from the Custom by Moi collection
- Items sold in the OUTLET
- Our tights range (women and girls)
- Pointe shoes – MORE OPTIONS range only
- Gift cards
3. Return Shipping
Depending on the reason for your return, different shipping methods may be offered.
Coverage of Return Costs
Coverage of return costs depends on the reason for your request.
- If the return is due to a Wear Moi error (wrong item, defect, damaged parcel), a prepaid return label will be provided.
- In all other cases (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
If costs apply, they will appear clearly in the “refund” section of the summary before you validate your request.

Receipt and Processing of the Return
Once your package is received at our premises, the returned items are checked by our teams.
The return processing (validation and refund initiation) takes place within a maximum of 48 business hours after receipt.
4. Refund Terms
Refunds are initiated after receipt of your package and validation by our teams.
The refund concerns only the returned items; the initial shipping costs are not included.
Exchanges Not Accepted
Wear Moi does not accept exchanges.
If you would like another item (different size, color, or style), please submit a return request and place a new order.

You can return an item within 30 days following delivery, provided it has not been worn, washed and is returned in its original packaging with its tags.

Simply follow the steps indicated to register your request and select the appropriate return reason. Our customer service remains at your disposal to assist you throughout the process.
Return costs are at your expense, except in case of an error on our part (incorrect, defective or damaged item).
In other cases, return costs will be deducted from the refunded amount if you use the provided label.

To return your parcel, you must first submit a request via our return portal by clicking here.
All shipping instructions are provided during your request and are also sent to you by email.
You can choose between using a return label provided by Wear Moi or shipping by your own means. If you choose to ship independently, proof of shipment with tracking is mandatory.

Once your return request has been made via our return portal, it will be processed by our customer service.
After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund is made according to the chosen method:
Credit card / original payment method: the refund is processed within 10 days. The time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on the bank.
Wear Moi gift card: the refund is processed immediately.
A refund confirmation will be sent to you by email.
