PRODUCTS
The choice of pointe shoes or demi-pointe shoes depends on the shape of the foot, the width of the forefoot, the arch, and the dancer’s level. The shoe must provide support, comfort, and stability while allowing proper foot articulation.

To choose the size best suited to your body shape, we recommend referring to our size guide before ordering our products. It is available on each product page.
Choosing a leotard depends on your preferences, your body shape, and your use (class, rehearsal, or stage). The main criteria to consider are cut, fabric, and level of support. Each product page details the model’s characteristics to help you choose the one that suits you best.
Wear Moi products are available online on our official website as well as in our stores: Wear Moi La Valette (France) and Wear Moi Chicago Store (IL, USA). You can also find our products at partner retailers worldwide. Click here to find an authorized retailer near you.
Wear Moi products are manufactured in our own workshop in Tunisia, allowing us to control the entire production process. We select raw materials from trusted European suppliers to ensure the quality and durability of our products.
ORDERS
You can check whether the confirmation email was not sent to your spam folder or if the email address provided during your order is correct. You can also find your order in your customer account, section “Orders”. If you still cannot find your confirmation, contact our customer service via our contact page by clicking here.
We recommend that you carefully check your cart before confirming your order. If your order has not yet been shipped, it is still possible to request a modification or cancellation. Contact us as soon as possible via our contact page by clicking here. Our team will do everything necessary to assist you as quickly as possible.
If you entered an incorrect delivery address, contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it. As long as your order has not yet been shipped, it is generally possible to update the address. To do so, go to our contact page by clicking here.
We keep you informed at every stage of your order. You will receive tracking emails when your order is confirmed, being prepared, shipped and delivered. You can also track its progress at any time from your customer account, section “Orders”. A tracking button will give you direct access to the delivery information.

PAYMENTS
You can pay for your orders by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay or Shop Pay. Wear Moi gift cards can also be used at checkout.
All transactions carried out on our website are fully secure. Payments are encrypted and protected according to the highest security standards to ensure the confidentiality of your information.
Your banking details are not stored. Payments are processed via secure systems and no banking data is stored on our servers.
Your invoice is available in your customer account. Go to the “Orders” section to view and download your invoice in PDF format.
EXPEDITIONS AND RETURNS
We ship our products to most countries worldwide, except those not served by our carriers. Indeed, they do not deliver to countries at war or in “geopolitical conflict”, namely the Crimea region, North Korea and Russia. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may be applied by local authorities. These additional charges are not the responsibility of Wear Moi and remain the full responsibility of the customer.
Orders are generally shipped complete within an average timeframe of 3 to 5 weeks, depending on stock availability. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Information regarding the progress of your order and the carrier is available in your customer account, as well as in tracking emails sent at each stage of your order.
Depending on stock availability, delivery times cannot justify any claim for damages.
You can return an item within 30 days following delivery, provided it has not been worn, washed and is returned in its original packaging with its tags.

Simply follow the steps indicated to register your request and select the appropriate return reason. Our customer service remains at your disposal to assist you throughout the process.
Return costs are at your expense, except in case of an error on our part (incorrect, defective or damaged item).
In other cases, return costs will be deducted from the refunded amount if you use the provided label.

To return your parcel, you must first submit a request via our return portal by clicking here.
All shipping instructions are provided during your request and are also sent to you by email.
You can choose between using a return label provided by Wear Moi or shipping by your own means. If you choose to ship independently, proof of shipment with tracking is mandatory.

Once your return request has been made via our return portal, it will be processed by our customer service.
After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund is made according to the chosen method:
Credit card / original payment method: the refund is processed within 10 days. The time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on the bank.
Wear Moi gift card: the refund is processed immediately.
A refund confirmation will be sent to you by email.

LOYALTY PROGRAM
Wear Moi Rewards is a free loyalty program that allows you to earn points with every purchase and redeem them for exclusive rewards.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time to better meet your expectations.
Simply create your customer account: you will be automatically enrolled in the Wear Moi Rewards program.
Earn points with every purchase made through your Wear Moi account. Your points are credited after your order has been delivered, along with a confirmation email.

Gift cards earn points only when purchased.
From the "Redeem your points" section, convert your points into rewards.
- A promo code is assigned to you: copy and apply it at checkout
- For gifts, add the product to your cart before applying the code
- The promo code can be used later, as long as it hasn’t been used
- Rewards are combinable with each other and with current offers, subject to conditions
All point redemptions are final: no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be possible.
In case of a return or refund, earned points will be automatically cancelled.
Yes, your points are valid for 18 months from the date they are earned. After this period, unused points expire automatically.

Once logged in, you can view:
- Your points balance and VIP status
- Your available promo codes in "My Benefits"
- Your points history in "My Activity"
All information is updated automatically after each activity.
There are 4 VIP statuses:
- Welcome: from your registration (0 points)
- Essential: from 600 points
- Signature: from 2,100 points
- Exclusive: from 4,500 points
Your VIP status evolves automatically based on the total number of accumulated points. You can use your points freely: you keep your progress. For more details, see the status table by clicking here.
Each level allows you to unlock more and more exclusive benefits: gifts, special offers, point multipliers, and free shipping depending on your status.

Your VIP status is based on your accumulated points and continues to evolve with your purchases.
All your purchases, both in-store and on the website, are automatically combined into a single loyalty account. You earn points and grow your VIP status faster, while being able to use your rewards everywhere.
Please note: the loyalty program is currently being rolled out in our Chicago store and is not yet available there.
Make sure you placed your order while being logged into your account. Points are credited after your order has been delivered. In case of a return or refund, the balance is automatically adjusted.
Your loyalty space is automatically updated after each activity (order, use of points, etc.).

ACCOUNT AND PERSONAL DATA
No, it is not necessary to create an account to place an order on our website.
However, we recommend creating one in order to easily track your orders, access their history and view delivery information from your customer account. Without an account, this information will only be sent to you via tracking emails.

CUSTOM BY MOI
The designs generated by our website are not contractual and are provided for indicative purposes only.
The final product may differ slightly from the design (placement of prints, colors).
These differences may be caused by your screen settings.
Wear Moi declines all responsibility in the event of differences in color or print placement.
The production time is 6 weeks for all Custom by Moi items.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been handed over to the carrier.
Once the order has been placed, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
Custom by Moi items fit the same as other Wear Moi products.
If you have never worn Wear Moi clothing, it is recommended to try a product beforehand to confirm your size.
Wear Moi does not accept returns for Custom by Moi products, unless the item is defective.
Returns due to defects must be made within 30 days of delivery.
No claims will be accepted after this period.
The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
A refund will be issued to the original payment method once the merchandise has been received.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom by Moi items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned, even if defective.

Items ordered on our website cannot be returned or exchanged in a Wear Moi store.
